Having Shared a common journey, we have a unique insight, experience and story to tell. Here, we can embrace and support one another while developing a camaraderie that will last a lifetime. Our goal is to create a link and a bond so strong that it will span generations, build legacies and create a voice for past, present and future Berkshire graduates of color.
Mentoring
We will be a support mechanism for present Berkshire students of color and recent graduates, will be visible on campus and in the community and ensure that our voice is heard. Present students of color will know that we are here for them and will advocate for them.
Building Networks
As we all know, "Iron sharpens Iron". We will create a network from which, not only we can benefit, but present and future Berkshire students of color as well. Whether, the private or public sector, entertainment or health professions we will create a wide network that will wield tremendous power .
